REQUIRED SKILLS
- Must have Experience with Recruitments
- Must have Excellent Communication Skills (ENGLISH)
- Strong knowledge of Recruitments
- Self Driven / Motivated
- Good knowledge of MS Word / Excel
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for organizing and scheduling interviews
- Analyzes the recruitment process performance
- Analyzes the performance of recruitment sources
- Develops pool of internal and external talents
- Tracks the list of the recruitment agencies and their terms and conditions; introduces standardized terms and conditions for the recruitment vendors
- Keeps the documentation of the recruitment process up to date
- Person should have good understanding in handling Technical profiles
- Handling induction process, post recruitment
- Help in making the recruitment process better
- Building / improving employee agreements, NDAs, tests & other documents
- Dealing with employees regarding holidays or salary related issues
QUALIFICATION
The qualification bar can be relaxed with exceptional candidates, having good experience and knowledge in their field of work.
