  • Must have Experience with Recruitments
  • Must have Excellent Communication Skills (ENGLISH)
  • Strong knowledge of Recruitments
  • Self Driven / Motivated
  • Good knowledge of MS Word / Excel
  • Responsible for organizing and scheduling interviews
  • Analyzes the recruitment process performance
  • Analyzes the performance of recruitment sources
  • Develops pool of internal and external talents
  • Tracks the list of the recruitment agencies and their terms and conditions; introduces standardized terms and conditions for the recruitment vendors
  • Keeps the documentation of the recruitment process up to date
  • Person should have good understanding in handling Technical profiles
  • Handling induction process, post recruitment
  • Help in making the recruitment process better
  • Building / improving employee agreements, NDAs, tests & other documents
  • Dealing with employees regarding holidays or salary related issues

The qualification bar can be relaxed with exceptional candidates, having good experience and knowledge in their field of work.
